This is an inquiry and as such we can not guarantee the date in question to be available. In the interest of disclosure, the following are basic parts of the general contract.
ALL DAY COVERAGE: Client is guaranteed coverage from agreed upon start & end times at locations agreed upon prior to the date of coverage.
FOOD: The Client Agrees to provide a meal for the Photographer and their assistant(s).
EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHER: The Photographer shall be the exclusive photographer retained by the Client for the purpose of photographing the wedding. Family and friends of the Client shall be permitted to photograph the wedding as long as they shall not interfere with the Photographer’s duties (standing in front of or behind the Photographer) and do not photograph poses arranged by the Photographer.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: If booked, Client agrees to pay the Photographer’s $500 minimum retainer fee upon the signing of the Booking Agreement. Client agrees to pay the Photographer the remaining balance four weeks before the day of photography services. Upon signature, the Photographer reserves the time and date agreed upon. For this reason, all retainer fees are non-refundable, even if the wedding date is changed or canceled for any reason. Client is aware that the Photographer is blocking off the particular date in question, therefore turning away any other potential work on that date. If final payment is not received, Crash Industries Photography will not be expected to attend said event OR provide any photos from the event.
WEATHER: Photographer can not guarantee weather conditions.

CLIENT'S USEAGE: Client is obtaining digitals and/or prints for personal use only. Any reproductions for commercial use are strictly prohibited.
